About ERA Robotics
We are accountable for how the robot performs, not just for selling it
ERA Robotics exists because the hard part of commercial robotics was being left to the customer. Equipment arrived; mapping, training, consumables, servicing and the awkward question of who resets it at 5am did not.
What we do
We assess facilities, recommend and supply commercial robots, commission and map them, train the teams who operate them, and support them for as long as they are in service. One team, one point of accountability, across Australia and New Zealand.
How we work
We assess before we recommend and we decline deployments that will not work. A robot that underperforms in a building costs far more than the sale was worth, in credibility as much as money.
Our manufacturer partnership
ERA is an official PUDU Robotics partner, covering cleaning, delivery, logistics and inspection machines. Our implementation and support model is deliberately manufacturer-agnostic so we can add partners where a category calls for it, rather than fitting every problem to one catalogue.
Where we operate
We support customers across Australia and New Zealand. Service arrangements for a specific location are confirmed at assessment stage so expectations are set before anything is ordered.

Assessment before recommendation
Every deployment begins with a documented site assessment. If the building is not ready, we say so and explain what would need to change.
One accountable partner
Selection, deployment, training, servicing and consumables sit with ERA. You are not passed between a supplier, an installer and a service agent.

Coverage, response expectations, parts and servicing arrangements are set out before purchase so the operating commitment is clear.
